The AKC’s Management
Disciplinary Committee has:
... suspended the following
individuals from all AKC privileges for ten years and imposed a
$2000 fine for conduct prejudicial to purebred dogs, purebred dog
events, or to the best interests of The American Kennel Club based on
their violation of the AKC’s Cruelty Conviction Policy:
Mr. Teddie Crisco, A.K.A.: Teddy Crisco - Hookerton, NC (None)
Mr. Thomas Snell - Unionville, TN (Bloodhound) Mr. Larry S.
Young - Martinsville, IN (Field Spaniel, Labrador Retriever, Petit

Five Years or Other Penalties
As a result of Event Committee
determinations the following individuals stand suspended of AKC
privileges. It should be noted that these determinations may still be
appealed and may be reversed. Upon expiration of the appeal process, an
appropriate notice describing the status of the individual’s suspension,
if any, will appear in this column: Inga B. Thompson
(Kingwood, TX), Clyde Allen (Sardinia, OH), Julie A. Brungard
(Saint Charles, IL), Kim Trafton (Garfield, GA)
... suspended the following
individuals from all AKC privileges for one year and imposed a
fine of $1000 for non-compliance with AKC’s record keeping and dog
identification requirements, and the AKC's Care and Conditions Policy
(unacceptable conditions, dogs and/or facility): Mr. Edward Powell
- Cheraw, SC (German Shepherd Dog) Mrs. Audrey Powell -
Cheraw, SC (Chow Chow, Chihuahua)
Bonnie Drabek had her Agility judging
privileges suspended for one year and was fined $500 for neglecting to
submit her agility courses for approval.
Annette Rossman had her Tracking judging privileges suspended for
one
year and was fined $250 for submitting a chart that did not correctly
reflect the TDX track as laid and run.

all AKC privileges for six months and imposed a fine of $500 for refusal
to make their dogs and records available for inspection when requested:

months and imposed a fine of $500 for non-compliance with AKC's record

... suspended the following individuals from
all AKC privileges for six months and imposed a fine of $500 for having
submitted or caused to be submitted two litter registration applications that
they knew, should have known, or had a duty to know contained false
certifications (DNA exclusion): Mrs. Betty Fitzgerald - Prosper, TX
(Yorkshire Terrier, Poodle, Maltese) Ms. Alberta Wilson - Cedar
Creek, TX (Chihuahua, Papillon)
... suspended Mrs. Kathleen Patrice Watt,
Bothell, WA, from AKC registration privileges for six months and imposed
a $500 fine for submission of an online litter registration application
without the written permission of the owner of the sire. (German Shorthaired
Pointer)
Mr. Ronald Rollins (Marysville,
WA) Action was taken by the Schipperke Club of America for conduct in
connection with its April 7, 2010 event. Mr. Rollins was charged with
physical altercation and abusive or foul language/verbal altercation.
The Event Committee reviewed the report and set the penalty at a six
month event suspension and a $300 fine. (Schipperke)
Ms. Sandee Isaacson (Lynnwood, WA) Action was taken by the
Seattle Kennel Club, Inc. for conduct in connection with its March 13,
2010 event. Ms. Isaacson was charged with mistreatment in connection
with an event. The Committee reviewed the report and set the penalty at
a six month suspension from all AKC privileges and a $500 fine. (Pembroke Welsh Corgi, German Shepherd Dog)
Ms. R. Michal Woodworth (Wethersfield, CT) Action was taken by
the New Brunswick Kennel Club for conduct in connection with its March
27, 2010 event. Ms. Woodworth was charged with failure to control a dog
at an event. The Committee reviewed the report and set the penalty at a
three month event suspension and a $300 fine. (Great Dane, Afghan
Hound)
Patricia Hastings (Aloha, OR) had her judging privileges
suspended for sixty days and was fined $200 for failure to
perform her duties in accordance with Chapter 11, Section 8-C of the
Rules Applying to Dog Shows, and for inappropriate conduct as expressly
addressed in the Rules, Policies, and Guidelines for Conformation Dog
Show Judges.
Mr. Spencer Harrill (Kensington, MD)
Action was taken by the Shetland Sheepdog
Club of Greater Baltimore for conduct in connection
with its May 1, 2010 event. Mr.
Harrill was charged with abusive or foul language/verbal altercation.
The
Committee reviewed the report
and set the penalty at a reprimand and a $100
fine. (Pyrenean Shepherd, Belgian Sheepdog, Border Collie)

United Kennel Club
Following is a
list of individuals who have been suspended or barred until the date
indicated. During the period of suspension or barring, a person is prohibited from the following:
1. Registering any dogs in
their name (joint or individual ownership). Any dogs currently
registered in their name (joint or individual ownership) may be
transferred, except that no dog registered in their name, regardless of
co-ownership status, may be transferred to any member of their family,
spouse, or companion. Companion is defined as anyone who resides at the
same address as the suspended individual.
2. Registering any litters and signing any litter registrations in any
capacity. No dog registered in their name (joint or individual
ownership) may be used for breeding and no offspring of such a dog is
eligible for registration with UKC.
3. Entering or participating in any way in any UKC Licensed event,
including, but not limited to: co-owner, handler, back-up handler,
judge, guide, vendor, spectator, Master of Hounds, Bench Show Judge,
Judge or Director for any Conformation, Performance, or Companion event,
and are prohibited from holding office in any UKC approved club or
association.
4. No dog registered in their name (joint or individual ownership) may
be entered or participate in any way in any UKC Licensed event.
5. Receiving any championship points or any wins toward a title for any
dog registered in their name (joint or individual ownership).
6. Advertising in any UKC publication or internet site.
7. Receiving monetary payouts from any UKC specialty program, including
the Performance Rewards Program, the Beagle Incentive Fund program, or
the Merit Club Program.
Any violation of these sanctions or any other UKC rule or policy during
the time period in which the individual is barred or suspended will
result in their being suspended indefinitely.

undefined period, or who have not yet paid their fine.
Lesser Penalties & Suspension
Suspended/Barred & Notified
Suspended/Barred & Notified means they have been given a set time period
for suspension, typically 2 years. They are given a fine as well.
They will be on the Indefinite list until the fine is paid; once paid
the set time for suspension begins. Rev.
