Thousands of animal mutilations, carcasses
drained of blood, attributed to government radiation study,
UFO/aliens - or something closer to home?

Reports of “bloodless, trackless scenes” of animal mutilations
began in 1967 with an Appaloosa horse named Snippy. Found in a
bloodless heap with her brain missing and partly deboned of
flesh, Snippy is considered the first in a growing animal
mutilation phenomenon.
In December 2009, the Denver Post (ref #1) put a
startling frame around the picture of puzzling animal deaths
when it reported “worldwide, the incidents number more than
10,000… Theories abound, with some pointing to
animal-sacrificing cults and others suggesting secretive
government experiments and even military-guided laser beams.”
The mutilations are virtually bloodless, which eliminates
predators or poachers. Authorities have no answers but the
bloodless carcasses all have one thing in common: ears,
genitals, tongues, organs and udders have been removed with
surgical precision.
Why Bloodless Samples for A Government Study?
The two most popular explanations hinge on government
shenanigans or UFO visitations. Another possibility may be
emerging but first, let’s look at governmental theories. In
early 2010 a Taos, NM newspaper journalist (ref #2) cited
the Gasbuggy-Black Helicopter theory which dovetails with the
onset of animal mutilations reported since 1967. The government
set off an underground nuclear explosion in the Four Corners
area of CO, UT, NM, and AZ, not far from the Jicarilla Apache
reservation, one of the country’s most remote and desolate.
The nuclear bomb was meant to unlock natural gas but instead it
contaminated ground water and the wind spread radioactive
particles. Making lemonade out of lemons, the government quietly
launched a long term study on the impact of radioactive exposure
in the area. The study (and what precipitated it) was secret but
it required tissue samples. Locals believe the ongoing study
explains the mutilations. Bovine DNA is close to that of humans
and unlike the Apache, cows are docile and can’t talk. The
theory was further supported by a Japanese television crew’s
interviews in the 90s which uncovered credible evidence of a
secret military installation, complete with black helicopters,
etc.
Why Would Aliens Only Mutilate Cattle (meat)?
Conversely, those who support the theory of outer-space aliens
point to “tripod imprints in a circular area near carcasses.”
The strange pattern suggests “involvement of an atypical
aircraft” which some investigators believe is proof UFOs land
and take samples. Many ranchers report "strange lights in the
sky” precede discoveries of slain cattle. Supporting that
theory, there’s the still-classified Roswell, NM crash landing
and more recently, extensive television footage of UFOs over
Phoenix. Such sightings are now commonplace from Colorado to New
Mexico, and only a minute away (at the speed of space) to the
first authenticated UFO sightings in 1965 known as Incident
At Exeter. Extensively covered by Life Magazine, Exeter, NJ
is still cited as proof of alien attraction to our electrical
grid.
Animal Sacrifice Today
That brings us to another theory that will trouble animal lovers
as much as any other hypothesis. ABC’s Philadelphia outlet
reported (ref 3) “Investigators say animal sacrifices are
happening with alarming frequency, a half dozen within the past
couple of months.” More to the point, a director of law
enforcement (?) for the SPCA said “"All the blood is drained
from these animals in these sacrifices and used in the ritual."
Is there a connection?
Well documented in the Old Testament, animal sacrifice still
exists from Europe to Africa to Asia. It is even practiced by
the currently stressed President of Pakistan who kills a goat to
calm his nerves! Here in the U.S., Santeria, a religion of
African origin based on voodoo and worship of Roman-Catholic
Saints, also employs animal sacrifice.
The Animal Rescue League warns
“satanic and other non-traditional cults are on the rise in the
US, particularly in large cities where large numbers of
immigrants come together to practice the cultural beliefs of
their homeland…”
The Vermont
Animal Cruelty Task Force advises police to look for
“mutilation of the animal, including removal of specific body
parts (anus, heart, tongue, ears, front teeth and front legs,
genitals, etc.” and specifies “absence of blood in the animal.”
Animal mutilation is not rare in
the U.S. but could it be connected to the bloodless “ghost
surgeries” on cattle?
Animal Rights / Vegan Message About Meat Eating?
Last week TheDogPress took a call
from a very unhappy reader. She was offended by our coverage of
animal rights and ranted about veganism with rabid fervor,
repeatedly referring to “bloodless sacrifices” and
someone named Tristan Stuart. Waiting for her to run out of
breath, we wondered at her repeated emphasis on blood. She cited
Thoreau and the Bible’s demand for animal sacrifices as proof
that heathens eat “bloody meat” and only “enlightened people”
understand how sick that is.
Not following her but sensing a story, I began to take notes.
She needed no reply to fuel her engine but when she said “Ingrid
says” and I asked if she meant PETA, she came to a full stop.
“No, everyone knows this except your Press thing.” and then
added “Jade has it all wrong.” Eerily calm after the vehement
tirade, she said softly “There are stronger doctrines than
Christianity and eating flesh!” Then, as though talking to
someone else, she mumbled something about “pet jailers” and
“meat eaters” and hung up!
I tried to Google “Tristan” of the
vegan or animal rights movement only to discover it is Tristram
Stuart. Of vegetarians in the modern Western world he said
“The Bible was the meat-eaters’ greatest bulwark, and the foes
of religion were also the biggest enemies of meat… Contemplating
vegetarianism became a fashionable way of articulating a
rejection of orthodox Christianity as a whole.”—
Tristram Stuart, The Bloodless
Revolution, (p. 124)
The caller had railed about “that
dog place attack on Best Friends” and had also mentioned the
Animal Liberation Front (ALF) so I googled both. Sure enough, I
found numerous references, including a glowing defense of Best
Friends on the ALF website! No mention of blood or sacrifice in
the piece but I found it disturbing; a bit like having Judas
testify on behalf of the guy that built the cross.
So are we any closer to figuring out who or what is killing
animals and draining their blood? Could it be aliens? Or was it
in fact, a government study that has become a perverted animal
rights message for a “bloodless revolution”? Maybe she’ll call
back.
