AKC Board Meeting Minutes

American Kennel Club Board Motions, Actions as recorded by Secretary

The Board convened on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 8:31 a.m. Eastern Time. All Directors and the Executive Secretary were present in the New York office. Copies of the January 8-9, 2024, Board Meeting minutes had been previously provided to all Directors for review. Dr. Garvin moved to amend the Vlack section of the minutes to delete the last sentence and replace it with: “The Board had no objection.”

Upon a motion by Dr. Garvin, seconded by Mr. Powers, the Board VOTED to approve the amended January 2024 Board Meeting minutes.

It was VOTED to adjourn on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 12:23 p.m. Eastern Time.
