The Board convened on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. All Directors, the Executive Secretary, Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer were present in the New York office except for Ms. Biddle, who participated via video conference. Copies of the August 12-13, 2024, Board Meeting minutes had previously been provided to all Directors for review.

Upon a motion by Dr. Battaglia, seconded by Mr. Powers, the Board voted to approve the August 2024 Board Meeting minutes.
