If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfill the subscription, we will write to you to advise you of the delay. You will then have the right to cancel your order.  If you so decide, you will be refunded a pro-rated amount based on the one year subscription rate.

If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfill the Insertion Order, we will write to you or attempt to reach you by phone to advise you of the delay. You will then have the right to cancel your order. 

We reserve the right to edit, reject or classify advertisements in appropriate classifications and retain the right to correct spelling and create final ad layout at our sole discretion and this kind of minor change WILL NOT constitute grounds for any refund or credit. Ads cancelled by the advertiser within 72 hours of placement will be eligible for a fifty percent refund at the written or emailed and acknowledged request of the advertiser. NO REFUND will be granted for ANY ad(s) that have been printed, except cases where the published contact information (phone number or e-mail address) was changed by the site in which case our mistake may be deemed to have rendered the advertisement useless.

Credit for errors shall not exceed the cost of that portion of space occupied by such errors. National Pet Press liability for errors on multiple insertions will not extend beyond 5 days from 1st class postmark of the edition mailed to advertiser. Claims for adjustments must be made within 5 days of publication and/or mailing date.

National Pet Press shall be under no liability for its failure for any cause to insert an advertisement.
