Animal rights laws are often used to diminish human rights as officials use the excuse that protecting the animals a person owns is a higher priority than the person.

Every elected official takes an oath to support the United States Constitution as the supreme law of the land but some laws get cooked by special interests.

Article VI of the US Constitution attests that the Constitution is superior to any Federal and/or State Statute (law) that is in conflict with the Constitution, specifically - the Bill of Rights. Therefore, if a law is unconstitutional, it is an illegal law and every act to enforce the illegal law is an illegal act by the government agents attempting to enforce it.

If America is to restore constitutional limits and stop the abusive overreach of government power, the animal rights laws must be declared unconstitutional.

As a licensed Private Investigator (and 22 year retired US Army DAV) for the last 23 years I have been investigating the animal rights agenda and the unconstitutional law attempting to criminalize many sports such as Greyhound racing and the gamecock industry.

Please research the information I've included in the following statements.

The Animal Welfare Act is an unconstitutional overreach by the Federal and State Governments that has very far-reaching Orwellian plans attached to it.

Color of law crimes based on animal rights as policies of the New Green Deal are being committed by government agents throughout the United States. Please study Professor Boria Sax's research paper titled "Understanding Nazi Animal Protections and the Holocaust" and "the Nazis enacted animal rights laws in order to reduce man to the status of an animal, thereby allowing the government to treat some segments of society like animals."

Non-Government Organizations like the Humane Society of the United States, the American Humane Association and Humane Society International expose the animal rights laws as the foundation of communism. The animal rights organizations were seemingly created to operate as communist propaganda organizations.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas's concurring opinion in Alphonso D. Lopez Jr v. U.S. is summarized here "the Federal Government has no authority to enact or enforce any animal cruelty laws."

How does creating situations which may result in possibly killing American animal owners that protect the animals which are the property of the owner make sense?

Whether it's the excuse of dogs, horses, chickens, cattle, or the Amish milk farmers that are being raided for selling milk, the Government officials have no authority to enact or enforce such laws or make raids which are in fact threatening the lives of farmers, ranchers and animal owners.

To threaten human lives using the excuse of protecting animals sounds like the same communist laws that Adolf Hitler used to destroy human rights in Nazi Germany. Part 2 of this information will be in the next edition of www.TheDogPress.com.
