A police officer came upon a terrible wreck where a man and woman had been killed. As he looked upon the wreckage a little monkey came out of the brush and chattering loudly, hopped into the crashed car and shook the steering wheel.

Puzzled, the officer looked at the monkey and said "I wish you could talk." The monkey l shook his head up and down. Intrigued, the officer asked "Can you understand what I'm saying?" The monkey nodded vigorously! "Did you see this happen?" The monkey nodded again.

"What happened?" The monkey pretended to have a can in his hand and turned it up by his mouth. "They were drinking?" asked the officer. The monkey nodded “Yess”.

"What else?" The monkey mimicked smoking and rolled his eyes. The officer grinned, said "They were smoking marijuana?" Again the monkey nodded “Yes".

"Are you saying your owners were drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana before they wrecked?" The monkey nodded affirmatively and then he motioned that the couple started having sex. "What were you doing during all this?"

The monkey motioned that he was driving and turned around to look.
