All Dogs Go To Heaven

2009 winner, submitted by Dave Dorsett, Austin Texas

This "church signs" debate was between Our Lady of Martyrs Catholic Church (the sign on the left) and Cumberland Presbyterian, a fundamentalist church on the right. It played to its "last Word" conclusion in a small southern town.

The Catholics are displaying a great sense of humor! As you follow the debate on whether dogs go to Heaven, and WE know they do, well, you get the impression that the Presbyterians are taking this seriously and are getting progressively more upset...

We couldn't resist entering the fray.  All dog owners know dogs go to Heaven and we count on seeing them there.  But if you pause your mouse over church each sign, you might agree with our devilish editor.

ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN          THE DOG PRESS KNOWS BETTER!

THAT'S RIGHT, GOD LOVES DOGS          WHO SAID DOGS DON'T HAVE SOULS????

WHY CATHOLIC DOGS GO TO HEAVEN              AT THE RISK OF BEING IRREVERANT, DOGS DESERVE HEAVEN MORE THAN MANY HUMANS WHO GET THERE ONLY BY THE GRACE OF GOD!

IF BEING CATHOLIC GETS MY DOG TO HEAVEN...               DOGS ARE GOD'S CREATURES, NOT ROCKS!

ROCKS OR DOGS, WE WANT TO GO TO HEAVEN TOO!
